01

Know what a credit covers

Soundora uses credits to account for creative tasks. A song request, a separate lyric request and an audio separation request can have different costs. The tool itself shows the current quote before you submit, so the number that matters is the one displayed for your selected operation at that moment. A credit is a site balance; it is not a credit in an upstream music provider account.

Compare the Monthly, Yearly and Credit Pack tabs to match a plan to your creative routine. Each card shows the actual price, credits and validity. Use the quote from your chosen tool to estimate how many tasks a balance can cover, then review the plan details and total amount at checkout.

02

Choose a billing rhythm

Top-up packs add credits without renewal; each card shows whether they expire. Monthly subscriptions grant credits after each successful monthly payment. Annual subscriptions cost less per month when paid for a full year, and grant the entire annual credit amount after payment. Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid period.

The annual monthly figure is an equivalent price for comparison; the full annual price is charged at once. The Yearly and Monthly tabs show the credit grants for each billing period. Check renewal and credit expiry alongside the total payment amount, especially if your work varies from month to month.

03

What happens when a task fails

The credit quote is tied to an operation, not just to a page visit. Browsing the site, typing lyrics and choosing a style do not by themselves submit a paid job. When a task is accepted, the displayed cost is applied to the account balance. The task view then shows progress and, when available, the result associated with that account.

A failed accepted task should not leave you paying for no result: the task settlement flow returns the appropriate credits. A two-track song task that delivers only one valid track receives the missing portion back. Check your task and credit history if the outcome seems unclear, then send a support request with the task reference rather than posting private lyrics or payment details publicly.

04

Read the terms before checkout

Prices and credit amounts can change when the owner updates the configuration. Use the current product card and checkout screen to confirm the amount due and credits included. Check the renewal period and credit expiry before subscribing. Audio retention and usage rights should be checked in the relevant tool and terms.

Questions about a bill, credit balance or renewal can be sent through Contact after signing in. Support requests stay linked to your account so you can follow the reply. Avoid putting card numbers, passwords or sensitive audio into the message. This page explains the purchase model; it does not replace the actual checkout terms shown by the payment provider.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Where can I compare plan prices and credits?

Compare the Monthly, Yearly and Credit Pack tabs above. Each plan shows its price, included credits and validity, so you can review the details before checkout.

When are credits charged for a task?

The shown credit price is charged when a task is accepted. A failed task is refunded; a song task that delivers only one of two tracks receives a partial refund.

How are subscription credits added?

Monthly credits are granted after each successful monthly payment. Annual credits are granted in full after the annual payment, then again at each successful annual renewal. Subscription credits expire at the end of their paid billing period.
