01

Choose a useful subject for your request

The Contact page connects your question to a support request in your Soundora account. A short subject such as “song task did not finish,” “credit balance question,” or “vocal upload issue” helps identify the topic. In the message, explain what you tried, what you expected and what you saw instead. Mention the relevant tool and task reference if one is available.

You do not need to repeat the same request in several places. After submission, open your account’s support requests to check replies and continue the conversation. Signing in first keeps the request associated with the right account, which matters when the question involves a private result, a credit adjustment or a payment event.

02

Help with music and audio tasks

For a song generation problem, tell us whether you used Lyrics or Description mode, whether the task was accepted and which status appears now. Avoid pasting an entire private lyric sheet unless a specific excerpt is necessary to explain the issue. For vocal separation, include the file format and the visible validation message, but do not upload a copyrighted recording through a support message.

If a task is still processing, check its status in My Creations before sending a duplicate submission. Different operations can have different processing times and credit quotes. Sharing the task reference is usually more useful than guessing that a delay means the request failed.

03

Billing and account questions

When asking about a credit pack, subscription or refund, describe the product and the time of the event as shown in your account. If the question concerns a task charge, include the task reference and explain whether it finished, partly finished or failed. This lets support compare the request with the recorded credit movement.

Do not include full card numbers, passwords, recovery codes or other secrets in the contact form. Payment information belongs in the payment provider’s secure checkout. For a login or verification issue, describe the on-screen error and which sign-in method you selected, without sending a password.

04

What happens after sending

The form confirms when a support request has been accepted. You can then use the support area in your account to read replies or add information. If submission fails, the page shows an error and keeps your subject and message so you can try again. There is no published response-time promise on this page.

The Contact page is also a place to point out confusing product copy, accessibility obstacles or a broken link. Explain the page and action involved, and include the browser or device only if it helps reproduce the issue. For general information about how the product works, About, Tools and Pricing may answer the question immediately.
